Returns and Refunds.
PAYMENTS
All our payments are via on-line payments, via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Credit Card Payments.
SHIPPING
Shipments are made by CTT, by registered mail.
From the moment the order is completed and after confirmation of payment, it will be prepared and shipped within 12-48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, with the registration code of the same, so that it is possible to follow your route on the CTT website.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated during the checkout process according to the shipping address.
For orders over 100€ in continental Portugal, shipping is free.
DELIVERY TIME
Our estimated delivery time in Portugal is up to 2-3 working days (this shipping delivery can take more time due to CTT shipping or delivery times).
RETURNS
We are not able to offer returns for refunds at this time. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice. Exchanges can be worked out on a case by case basis.

lo siento.™ will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges in Portugal for now.
Only exchanges of parts that are in perfect condition and within a maximum period of 14 days after purchase are authorized.
Returned pieces must not show any signs of use, abuse or removal labels.
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer except for shipping errors or defects in the item.
