Returns
We are not able to offer returns for refunds at this time. Detailed measurements are provided for each product to help you make the best sizing choice — exchanges can be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an error on our part (wrong size sent or a damaged item), email us at contact.losiento@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted out.
We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason, and we are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
Exchanges are resolved on a case-by-case basis — a size chart is provided for every product to help you choose correctly, and it is the customer's responsibility to select the right size.
To request a change or refund, email us explaining why, then send back the product in question. Shipping fees for the return are borne by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Standard shipping within Portugal takes 5–7 working days (no tracking number provided). Fast shipping within Portugal takes 3–5 working days. Worldwide shipping takes 3 weeks to 1 month.
Delivery times can be affected by the shipping carrier and are outside our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address — orders over 100€ within continental Portugal ship free.

Where are your pieces produced?
All our collections are made entirely in Portugal — we work exclusively with local Portuguese producers and suppliers, so we're proudly 100% Portuguese.
How do I know what's the best size for my body?
Every product page includes a size guide for that piece — you can also check the full Size Guide above. For anything else, email contact.losiento@gmail.com.
I'd like to see and try your products — where can I find them?
Our headquarters are in Sever do Vouga, Aveiro, where you can meet us in person and try the pieces. We're also present at pop-up stores, events, and runway shows throughout the year.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 working days (no tracking, Portugal only). Fast shipping takes 3–5 working days. Delivery times can be extended by the carrier and are outside our control.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as you order. Standard shipping doesn't include tracking; if you choose fast shipping, you'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves our facilities.
I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, email contact.losiento@gmail.com.
My order hasn't arrived in the estimated time — what should I do?
Please allow up to 3 extra days — the carrier will usually try to reach you by phone. If it still hasn't arrived, email contact.losiento@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
How do I exchange or refund a product?
Email us explaining why you'd like a change or refund, then send the product back — return shipping is covered by the customer. Each case is handled individually, and it's the customer's responsibility to choose the correct size using our size charts.
My product arrived defective or poorly made — what can I do?
Email contact.losiento@gmail.com with photos or video of the issue and we'll take care of it.
