Where are our pieces produced?

All our collections are made entirely in Portugal. We work with local and only portuguese producers and suppliers. So we are proudly 100% portuguese.

 

How do i know what's the best size for my body?

In the description of each product you can find a size guide regarding the piece you want to purchase.

You can consult our size guide page in the futter menu or in each product page. If you need more informations about any product please contact us and we can provide you more informations contact.losiento@gmail.com.

 

    I Would like to see and try your products, where can I find them?

    The lo siento. office headquarters are based in Sever do Vouga, Aveiro, where you can find us and meet with us personally and try all our products. 

    Also you can find us in various pop-up stores, events or fashion runway shows during the further events in the future ahead.

     

    PAYMENTS

    What are the payment options you offer?

     For now we only work with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit Card Number payments. If you need more payment informations you can directly contact us via email contact.losiento@gmail.com.

     

    SHIPPING

     How long does it take to my order to arrive home?

     From the moment you purchase any product from lo siento, usually takes up to 5 -7 working days if you choose normal shipping (this shipping does not offer tracking number, this time can be overdue by the shipping company and lo siento is not responsible for extra delivery time, we hope for your understanding).

    If you choose the fast delivery shipping usually takes up to 3-5 working days (this time can be overdue by the shipping company and lo siento is not responsible for extra delivery time, we hope for your understanding).

     

    How can I track my order ?

     

    As soon as you make your order lo siento send you an e-mail confirmation regarding your order paper. If you choose a normal shipping (only available in Portugal) we cannot track your order because this type of delivery does not offer a tracking number. If you choose a fast shipping delivery, as soon as the order leaves our facilities you will receive an e-mail regarding your tracking number order.

     

    I didn't receive and e-mail confirmation code, what can I do?

     Please check your spam inbox, if you still didn't receive any code number please send us an e-mail  contact.losiento@gmail.com

     

    The order didn't arrive in the estimated time, what can I do?

     Please wait up to 3 days, the delivery company will try to contact you via mobile phone number, if it didn't please send us an e-mail  contact.losiento@gmail.com and we will sorted out.

     

     

    EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

    How can I do to change or refund a product?

     For a change or a refund the costumer needs to send the product in question and the shipping fees are borne by the costumer. Please send us an e-mail regarding why you need a refund or a change in the product.

    This situation can only be resolved in case by case circumstances, the lo siento provides sizes charts for each product.

    It is the costumer responsibility to choose the correct and right size for each product.

     

    My product arrive defective or poorly made, what can I do?

    Please send us an e-mail contact.losiento@gmail.com with photos or videos regarding the defects or problems with the product in question and the lo siento team will sorted out.
