RETURNS
We are not able to offer returns for refunds at this time. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice. Exchanges can be worked out on a case by case basis.
If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at contact.losiento@gmail.com and we will get it sorted out. Thank you for understanding.
lo siento.™ will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
EXCHANGES
This situation can only be resolved on case by case circumstances, the lo siento provides sizes charts for each product.
For a change or a refund the costumer needs to send the product in question and the shipping fees are borne by the costumer. Please send us an e-mail regarding why you need a refund or a change in the product.
It is the costumer responsibility to choose the correct and right size for each product.

PAYMENTS
For now we only work with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit Card Number payments. If you need more payment informations you can directly contact us via email contact.losiento@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
From the moment you purchase any product from lo siento, usually takes up to 5 -7 working days if you choose normal shipping (this shipping does not offer tracking number, this time can be overdue by the shipping company and lo siento is not responsible for extra delivery time, we hope for your understanding).
If you choose the fast delivery shipping usually takes up to 3-5 working days (this time can be overdue by the shipping company and lo siento is not responsible for extra delivery time, we hope for your understanding).
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated during the checkout process according to the shipping address.
For orders over 100€ in continental Portugal, shipping is free.
DELIVERY TIME
Normal shipping whitin Portugal 5-7 working days.
Fast shipping in Portugal 3-5 working days.
Worldwide shipping 3 weeks - 1 month.
